ClaimVia.net Support
Get assistance with registration, verification, Recovery Workspaces, professional applications, memberships and platform access.
Email support
connect@claimvia.netSupport is monitored Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours. Email is our only support channel — there is no phone line, live chat or 24/7 coverage. Include your account email and, where relevant, your workspace or application reference so we can find your record quickly.
Account access
Sign-in problems, email verification, password setup, or an invitation link that will not open.
Recovery Workspace
Uploads, document organization, sharing permissions, appointments or proposals inside your workspace.
Professional applications
Application status, credential documents, profile review and marketplace visibility questions.
Membership & billing
Plan questions, invoices, payment receipts and cancellation requests for professional memberships.
Platform support is not urgent property help
Support handles accounts and the platform itself. If you are dealing with active property damage right now, start an urgent Recovery Workspace instead — and for any life-safety emergency call 911 first. Urgent property damage
We generally aim to provide an initial response within the times below. These are goals rather than guaranteed staffing commitments or resolution times, and busy periods may take longer. Support is monitored Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

ClaimVia.net is a property-loss recovery workspace and coordination platform. It helps property owners organize loss details, documents, photos, proposals, meetings, and next steps — while giving independently licensed professionals and attorneys a structured way to review opportunities where available. ClaimVia.net is not an insurer, law firm, public adjusting firm, contractor, or claim representative.
It depends on your situation and what you need. A public adjuster may assist with claim documentation and representation under a separate agreement. A contractor or restoration company handles repair estimates and work. An engineer or inspector may be needed for technical assessments. An attorney may assist with denied, delayed, or disputed claims under a separate attorney-client agreement. ClaimVia.net's workspace tools help you organize your information before connecting with any professional. Availability varies by location and specialty.
Professional and attorney availability varies by state, specialty, license, capacity, and directory participation. Professionals appear in the directory only after an application and credential review. ClaimVia.net does not guarantee that a matching professional will be available for every situation or location.
Starting a recovery workspace is always free for property owners. Professional fees are agreed directly between you and the professional under a separate agreement, and ClaimVia.net is not automatically a party to that agreement. ClaimVia.net does not hold funds or act as escrow. ClaimVia charges fixed professional membership subscription fees only: every plan has a 0% platform fee, and ClaimVia does not receive any percentage of insurance proceeds, claim settlements, professional service fees, legal fees, judgments, awards, or recoveries. Where payment processing is offered, the payment processor may charge its own processing fees; those are not ClaimVia platform fees.
Professionals can join on a Free plan ($0 membership, up to 3 proposals per month). Pro is $59/month or $599/year with unlimited proposals. Elite is $199/month or $1,199/year with unlimited proposals, and requires 3+ continuous months as a Pro member and a 4.5+ star rating. Attorney membership is $399/month or $1,599/year. Every plan — including Founder Member — has a 0% platform fee, and ClaimVia does not share in professional fees, legal fees, settlements, judgments, or recoveries. You will be shown full membership terms and pricing before any payment is collected. ClaimVia.net does not guarantee assignments, client matches, or revenue for any membership tier.
You can raise a concern from your engagement workspace, which opens a structured dispute record that ClaimVia.net moderation staff review. You can also email connect@claimvia.net. ClaimVia.net does not guarantee dispute outcomes and is not a party to agreements between clients and professionals.
All professionals must complete an onboarding application and submit credential information before directory visibility is considered. ClaimVia.net staff review submitted license information, documents, and profile completeness. ClaimVia.net does not employ professionals, conduct background checks, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party credential information. All professionals are independently licensed and solely responsible for their own services and compliance.
Attorneys may offer advisory and limited-scope services including paid consultations, claim file reviews, document analysis, and advisory engagements — under separate attorney-client agreements. ClaimVia.net is not a law firm and does not create attorney-client relationships.
For credential review, verification badges, misconduct reports, and data requests, see the Trust Center.
